Each 4Ten$ion piece is crafted with care and intention. Because our garments are hand-cut and made to order, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • restocking fee may apply due to the custom nature of our products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
  • Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for sizing adjustments or defective products.
  • If an item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after approval.

At 4Ten$ion, every piece is hand-cut and prepared to order to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship. Because of this artisanal approach, our shipping times may be slightly longer than mass-produced brands.

  • During high-demand periods, limited releases, or collection drops, processing times may extend slightly.

  • Domestic shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–10 business days once dispatched.
  • International orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
